Ted has spent the last ten years in the golf management industry, working very closely with elite players to help them achieve high-level success.
Most recently, Ted worked with 2022 US Open Champion Matt Fitzpatrick. During this time, Matt became a Major winner, reached 8 DP World Tour victories, played in two Ryder Cups and worked his way into the Top 10 in the Official World Golf Rankings. Before working with Matt, Ted worked with Chubby Chandler at International Sports Management, where he managed and recruited other top players such as Englishman Matt Wallace.
During his career, Ted has developed a strong, loyal network within the golf industry. He has sourced, negotiated and managed many high-level sponsorship contracts with brands and corporations such as Nike, Under Armour, Castore, Protiviti, Rolex and more.
Ted has worked closely with world class players over a number of years on improving their game, helping them analyse key areas of performance using data and making clear plans for the future. Ted has built extensive knowledge on how to understand performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and coordinate a team focused strategy.
